Child Support Awareness Month Coloring Contest
Perry County Child Support Enforcement Agency is hosting a coloring contest for Child Support Awareness Month. Children who live in Ohio are invited to color the contest page and mail it in. Selected drawings may be used in future publications with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, Office of Child Support, including the annual child support calendar.

The coloring page and the parent release form are in one document. Print both pages, color the coloring page, and mail them together.

Completed drawings are due October 31, 2026.
How to enter
- Print the release form and the coloring page. The coloring page is the second page of the document.
- Write the child’s first name and age on the coloring page.
- Have a parent or guardian complete and sign the release form.
- Mail the child’s original coloring page along with the completed release form. Do not fold either page, so the quality of the artwork is preserved.
The child must reside in Ohio. Entries must arrive by October 31, 2026.
