Am I eligible for Child Care?
Eligibility is based on your answer to the following two questions:

- Are you working, attending school, or receiving cash assistance?
What are the income guidelines?
Review the current income guidelines for the Child Care Choice Program.
Can I use an out-of-county provider?
Yes, as long as they have a contract with the State of Ohio.
How much am I going to have to pay?
The co-payment is based on the gross amount of income, not the number of hours needed.
